Refund Policy
At Nubo Cloud PC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our Cloud PC services.
Eligibility for Refund
Customers may request a refund under the following conditions:
- If you are not satisfied with the service provided by Nubo Cloud PC or if the service fails to meet your intended results, you are eligible to apply for a refund.
- A full refund is available for refund requests made within two (2) days of the initial payment date for a new subscription.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team through the Support page within the eligible timeframe. Please provide your account details and the reason for your refund request.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved:
- If the original payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed by cancelling the original transaction, if possible within the payment processor's timeframe.
- If a direct cancellation of the credit card transaction is not possible (e.g., due to elapsed time), the refund amount, potentially minus applicable payment processing fees (as outlined in our Terms of Service, Article 33), will be returned to an account designated by you.
Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- Refund requests made after the initial two-day period from the payment date.
- Fees for partial months of service or unused portions of a subscription term beyond the initial two-day window.
- Service interruptions or issues caused by factors outside of Nubo Cloud PC's direct control (Refer to Article 13 and Article 44 in our Terms of Service).
- Termination of service due to violation of our Terms of Service (Refer to Article 19).
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation requests are processed immediately, setting your subscription to a 'pending cancellation' state. Your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further charges will occur after the cancellation takes effect. Please note that cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund unless it falls within the two-day eligibility window mentioned above.
