A Cloud PC is a virtual Windows computer that runs in our secure data centers. You can access it from any device with an internet connection, giving you the full Windows experience without the need for expensive hardware.

After subscribing, you'll receive an email with connection details. You can connect using the built-in Remote Desktop app on Windows, Microsoft Remote Desktop on Mac, or various RDP clients for other devices.

Yes! You have full administrator access to your Cloud PC, allowing you to install any compatible Windows software of your choice.

Your data remains on your Cloud PC until the end of your current billing period. After that, the Cloud PC and all data will be permanently deleted. We recommend backing up important files before cancellation.
